2021 Raises are Here!

This week brings Local 34 our annual raise. It will be in next week’s paycheck! Our current contract guarantees all of us a yearly increase—this year 2.5%—and that eligible members receive an additional raise on our step structure.

Quick Facts:

  • The annual salary raise went into effect Sunday, January 17, 2021, and will be seen in paychecks on Thursday, January 28th.
  • All of us will see our hourly rates increase, across-the-board, by 2.5%.
  • If you are in the process of climbing the step structure, you will also receive a step increase. The dollar amount of the step increase is shown in the graphic above.
