WHO WE ARE

 
We are almost 4,000 University employees who come from all over New Haven, Connecticut, and the world. Some of us are in our first jobs at Yale; others have built careers over decades at the University. Eighty percent of us are women. We perform a wide variety of administrative, library, research and clinical work across the University. Over the past 30 years, we have won respect for our work, significant improvements in pay and promotional opportunities, ensured the security of our jobs through the Interim Employment Pool, and maintained excellent and affordable health care options.
